career in vlsi

hi, i m new to this site . i m doing my pg diploma in vlsi in vedant. i m afraid to hear that it is very difficult to get a job outside the campus . everyone asking the experience. plz give me suggetions about my career how to prepare and how to apply for the jobs and how to know about the those indutries.b/c i want to enter in to the vlsi industry
