Need some Zigbee help

Hi, I'm new to Zigbee. So, I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I just got the XBee Pro development kit and was wondering how I go about trying to code my own program for it. (Trying to control a toy vehicle with a PC using Zigbee) So, if anyone could give me some advice or pointers, I would really appreciate it. Thanks~ =)
